A few years after college, Megan joined her Father in the business in 1987. She began as a salesperson and learned estimating along the way helping grow the family business and better her knowledge of the trade. She became President in 1999 and took over the operations of the business when her Father, Ron, retired. Megan has an active role in Pittsburgh business community and maintains her WBE status as a Woman Owned Business. She remains committed to keeping a competitive edge and staying ahead of technology as well as the competition.
